We use Royal Mail for both domestic and international delivery with tracking. This allows you to monitor the progress of your order from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your doorstep.
How long will it take to get my package?
Normally, UK deliveries take 1-3 business days to arrive. For international deliveries, the shipping time can vary depending on the destination country. Please allow additional time for customs clearance and delivery processes in your specific region.
Where are your products sent from?
We ship directly from our candle workshop in Slough, Berkshire, England. This ensures that your candles arrive fresh and ready to fill your home with their delightful fragrance. By shipping directly from our workshop, we can also minimise our environmental impact by reducing unnecessary transportation.
How to change or modify billing address?
If you have an existing account with us, you can easily update your billing address by logging into your account. Once logged in, navigate to your account settings and locate the "Address Book" section. From there, you can edit your existing billing address or add a new one.
