Where our standard delivery service has been selected we aim to dispatch your goods from our warehouse within 1 working day of you placing your order (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). We will send you an email confirming when we have dispatched your order. UK Delivery will normally take 1-2 working days from the moment we ship your order.
We offer Free UK delivery on all orders over £30.
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 14 days. The cost of return will be at your expense. Please follow below instructions.
If you have received a wrong (different than displayed online) or damaged item you can return it within 14 days from the shipping date. If the item is faulty. Return the item using your preferred method, please send us proof of payment and we will refund the costs. If proof of payment for the return is not supplied to us we will refund you an estimated cost of return postage.
Of course, it's fine to try an item on like you would in a shop, but please don't actually use it. If an item is returned to us damaged, used or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return. All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging where possible, including tags (e.g., candles should be returned with the original packaging).
